About the role

The Sydney Tower Eye is on the hunt for enthusiastic team members who are dedicated to the delivery of world class guest service.

Your role will be focused on providing exemplary service by; welcoming guests to the attraction, selling tickets at the admissions desk, managing queues and operating the 4D Cinema and independently running SKYWALK tours from Sydney’s Ultimate Viewpoint.

The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program and on-going mentoring to provide them with all the skills, information & resources they require to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

  • Genuine guest interaction in all areas of the attraction, creating connections with people from all over the world
  • To be adaptable and remain calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • To work in all types of weather
  • To work in all departments across the attraction
  • To clearly and effectively communicate and minimise all risk of misunderstandings where possible
  • Adhere to our core values through language, behaviour and actions
  • Follow all health, safety and security practices

About you

The Sydney Tower Eye is a company that recognises the passion of its teams as the key ingredient for success.
To be successful in this role you will have a passion for guest experience with a focus on fun. You will be proactive in your approach to guest service with a positive attitude towards interaction with our guests along all points of their journey. Experience in a similar role and exposure within tourism is ideal.
